The Service Process
The process starts in our centralized dispatch center which is staffed 24/7. Service calls and monitored alarms are received here and processed quickly and accurately. All calls are logged into our service dispatch software and assigned a specific tracking number. The system provides a continuous status report to our dispatching staff, thereby eliminating the possibility that a call will be lost or forgotten. Two hour response is standard for non-emergency calls, and emergency response is typically faster than 60 minutes.
