Service

DIVCO is first and foremost a service organization. Our primary mission is to respond quickly when a customer has a pressing need and to solve their problem quickly and efficiently.


The Service Process
The process starts in our centralized dispatch center, which is staffed 24/7. Service calls and monitored alarms are received here and processed quickly and accurately. All calls are logged into our service dispatch software and assigned a specific tracking number. The system provides a continuous status report to our dispatching staff, thereby eliminating the possibility that a call will be lost or forgotten. Two hour response is standard for non-emergency calls, and emergency response is typically faster than 60 minutes.


Geographic Range

Our employees live all over the Inland Northwest, meaning that your facility is never very far from our “local branch”. In addition to the extensive tooling and inventory carried in each van, DIVCO technicians are factory trained to service and repair all types of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.


Technical Expertise

This equipment includes but is not limited to centrifugal and screw chillers, low and medium pressure steam boilers, large built up systems, all types of unitary package equipment, low temp refrigeration systems, environmental test chambers, all brands of pneumatic control systems, and at least 8 brands of DDC control systems. We would challenge you to find a system that we can not service and maintain.
